Gluten free eating

Eating a gluten-free diet is somewhat of  a challenge.  I have found it very time consuming and more expensive, but it beats the alternative to having bowel issues constantly.  My breads, pastas, and milk have been replaced by rice, soy, and potato starch ingredients.  I buy half the food I eat at a whole foods store and the rest can be found at a decent priced supermarket.  So far so good, we will see in a few more months how this new gluten-free diet works for me.
